Myself and my mother enjoyed a FAM trip to Burley Manor in the Spring. Set in Burley in the New Forest, the hotel has picturesque countryside surroundings. We stayed in one of the Garden Rooms which had views over the well-kept gardens and the Deer Park.
Upon arrival, we went on a show around to see what the venue had to offer. The Drawing Room is a traditional and cosy space with fireplaces and comfy chairs open for all guests to rest in and enjoy. This room can also be hired for a private event and is a great space for pre-dinner drinks.
The Barn can hold up to 100 delegates; having its own private Bar, Kitchen and Toilets means events are fully secluded. The natural colours means that the space works well for all types of events and can be themed or branded.
The Chefs Table is ideal for small private Dinners or cooking Experiences. There is a stone oven in the kitchen area, ideal for the Mediterranean style cooking that the hotel prides itself on.
We enjoyed 3 delicious courses in the Main Restaurant and had Breakfast looking out over the fields from the Conservatory. We also enjoyed a Breakfast Facial in the two treatment rooms so it’s safe to say that we left feeling very relaxed and fresh faced.
It was great to see the Hotel and enjoy a few hours in the New Forest – thank you for having me !
