DeSouza Associates are celebrating our 20th birthday and we are planning to hold celebrations throughout the coming year…..
Our first celebration was at the wonderful Chewton Glen Hotel in Hampshire. We started by meeting our clients & guests in the Spa for a light lunch on a beautiful Sunday in October which was perfect for the afternoon activities…..
Chewton Glen
After Lunch we set off from the Hotel to go to Lymington Yacht Haven where we were met by Paul & John from EMG and were taken through a safety briefing before boarding our RIB ! Everyone was feeling a mixture of fear and excitement as we made our way out on the Solent slowly at first then whoosh off we went ! We had a fabulous hour or so on the RIB’s where we went out as far as the Needles before making our way back to the Yacht Haven to return to the Hotel for some relaxation time before dinner.
Back at the Hotel I checked into my huge bedroom which was amazing and had a balcony overlooking the wonderful grounds. I have always wanted to walk down to the beach from the Hotel but ran out of time – I shall have to do it next time I go ….!!

We had a showround of the Hotel before Dinner which was great to see the variety of conference rooms the Hotel can offer, I particularly liked the Lake Suite which would be suitable for all types of events.
We had a lovely dinner in a private room and a very pleasant evening which was finished off by being taken in a golf buggy to go and view the Treehouses which were great! The Hotel was so busy (for a Sunday night) that we only managed to see one as someone had cancelled that night !
Thanks to Lisa, Joanna & the staff at Chewton Glen for making this a very special event to celebrate our 20th year (& to EMG for organising the RIB’s) It will be a hard act to follow !
